Financial meltdown spreads, McCain oblivious

Would John McCain like to take back his comments from the Republican primaries that the economy overall is in good shape? Let’s see…

Guess not! How, you ask, can a candidate to be president simultaneously acknowledge that the financial sector is in meltdown, but yet that the “fundamentals of our economy are strong”?

Well, you have to understand: John McCain doesn’t have the same biography as you and I. While his family now enjoys 9 or so houses (nobody knows for sure), there was a time that John McCain didn’t have a house, or a kitchen table, or… well let’s just let McCain himself tell his story…
